I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, to provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask for your cooperation with my cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 2. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without giving any prior notice, a 100% no-show fee will be applied. Excessive rescheduling may also result in a cancellation fee or loss of booking privileges. 3. Late Fee: Arriving 15 min late will result in cancellation and forfeit of deposit, NON TRANSFERRABLE.
